Desired Educational Qualification
Risk Management / Training Department:

Managerial Category: Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years of work experience in banks or financial institutions, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

Officer Category: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with at least 5 years of experience in banks, financial institutions, or other organized institutions.
Internal Audit Department:

Managerial Category: Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years of experience in organized institutions or a Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) or Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

Officer Category: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience in banks or financial institutions, or candidates who have passed CAP-II/IPCC level of Chartered Accountancy course (Semi Qualified CA) with at least 5 years of related experience.

Assistant Category: Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with at least 2 years of experience in organized institutions or passed CAP-II/IPCC level (Semi Qualified CA).
Province Head:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years of experience in banks or financial institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring roles.
Monitoring Officer:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience as a branch manager in banks or financial institutions, or Proficiency Certificate Level with at least 5 years of experience as a branch manager in microfinance institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with monitoring experience in banks or financial institutions.
Officer Category:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or senior assistant in microfinance institutions.
Assistant Category (Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant):
Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with at least 3 years of experience in microfinance institutions. Preference will be given to those who have worked as branch managers.
Junior Assistant:
Passed SEE or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in microfinance institutions.
Trainee Assistant:
Passed at least SEE or equivalent.
Age Criteria:

Managerial Category: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 50 years.
