1. Department Heads (IT, Level, Planning, etc.) - Managerial / Officer Level - FewRequired Educational Qualifications: Managerial Level: Having passed the postgraduate or similar examination from a recognized university and having 3 years working experience in the position of Officer in the Central Office of Banks and Financial Institutions; Or have passed Chartered Accountancy and gained at least 3 years work experience in banking and financial institutions or organized sector. Officer Level: Graduated from a recognized University or equivalent and has 4 years of working experience as an Officer in the Central Office of a Bank or Financial Institution, Or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountancy (CA) and at least 4 years of work experience in banking and financial institutions or organized sector. Department of Information Technology and Legal: Bachelor's degree in the related subject or similar examination and having at least 2 years work experience in the relevant department in banks and financial institutions. In the case of the law department, special priority will be given to those who have obtained the license from the concerned body and have experience in advocating in the court. |
2. Provincial Head - Managerial / Officer Level - FewRequired Educational Qualifications: Managerial Level: Must have passed master's degree or similar examination from a recognized university and have 2 years working experience in an officer position in a bank or financial institution. Special priority will be given to those who have work experience of the head of state in MFI. Officer Level: Must have graduated from a recognized university or similar examination and have 3 years working experience in the position of Officer in an MFI. |
3. Monitoring Officer - Officer Level - FewRequired Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent and have at least 3 years work experience as a branch manager in an MFI; Must have passed Proficiency Certificate or similar examination and have 5 years working experience as Branch Manager in MFI. |
4. Branch Manager (BM) - Officer / Assistant (Supervisor)Required Educational Qualifications: Officer Level: Must have graduated from a recognized university or similar examination and have 2 years work experience in the position of Senior Assistant or Supervisor in an MFI. Assistant Level (Supervisor): Must have passed proficiency certificate or similar examination from a recognized university and have 2 years work experience in the position of Senior Assistant in MFI. Priority will be given to those working as branch heads. |
5. Senior Assistant / Assistant / Junior Assistant / Management Trainee / Trainee Assistant - FewRequired Educational Qualifications: Senior Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate or similar examination and gained at least 3 years work experience in MFI. Assistant: Passed proficiency certificate or similar examination and gained at least 2 years of work experience in MFI. Junior Assistant: Passed SEE or equivalent and gained at least 1-year work experience in MFI. Management Trainee: Must have at least a bachelor's degree in management. Trainee Assistant: Must have passed at least SEE or equivalent. |
Age Limit:
- For Managerial Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years,
- For Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years
- For Assistant Level: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years.
# In the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years. There is no age limit for the employees working in this financial institution.
Other: Those who can drive a motorcycle (including license) will be given priority for all the posts.
