1. Age:
- For the position of Municipal Police Officer: Should be 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years (not exceeding 40 years for Ex-Army or Police and females).
- For the position of Municipal Police Chief (ASI) and Municipal Police Hawaldar: Should be at least 25 years old and not exceeding 45 years.

3. Deadline for Application Submission: Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, and if that day falls on a public holiday, the next working day when the office opens.

- (a) For the position of Municipal Police Chief (ASI): Retired or separated ASI or equivalent rank from Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, or Nepal Army, or those who have passed SLC or equivalent.
- (b) For the position of Municipal Police Hawaldar: Retired or separated Hawaldar or equivalent rank from Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, or Nepal Army, and those who have passed class 8.
- (c) For the position of Municipal Police Officer: Passed class 8 or equivalent.
