For the various thematic branches and ward offices of Garuda Municipality, applications are invited from qualified technical personnel for the following positions on a contract basis. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit applications with the original receipt of revenue deposited in the internal revenue account 2412050525918008 of Garuda Municipality within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice by 2:00 PM. (1) Age: Should be 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years, and for women, should be 18 years old and not exceeding 40 years, but there is no age limit for the position of driver.

(2) Place to Submit Application: Office of Garuda Municipality, Garuda, Rautahat.

(3) Last Date to Submit Application: Within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice, and if that day falls on a public holiday, the next day when the office is open.

(4) Type of Examination: (a) Written and interview for Civil Engineer Group and Agriculture and Veterinary Group. (b) Written, practical, and interview for Computer Operator and Driver.

(5) Documents to be Submitted with the Application: Photocopies of the following documents certified by the applicant themselves: (a) Photocopy of Nepali citizenship certificate. (b) Photocopy of academic qualification certificates. (c) Photocopy of character certificate. (d) 2 (two) passport-size photographs. (e) Experience certificate.

(6) Exam Date and Exam Center: To be published later.

(7) Contact Date: 2081/04/25.

(8) Service Facilities: As determined by the Municipal Executive or Municipal Assembly.

(9) Selection Method: As per the criteria and procedures determined by the Technical Staff Management Procedure, 2079 of Garuda Municipality.

(10) Educational Qualifications:

(a) Engineer, Level Six: Passed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution or equivalent and licensed by the Nepal Engineering Council.

(b) Sub-Engineer, Assistant Level Five: Completed 3-year course in Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.

(c) Drinking Water and Sanitation Technician (Plumber), Assistant Level Four: Passed TTSLC in Plumbing from CTEVT or passed SEE or equivalent and obtained at least 3 months training in plumbing.

(d) Animal Service Assistant, Level Four: Passed TSLC in Veterinary from CTEVT or passed SEE or equivalent and obtained 18 months training in Veterinary from CTEVT or an educational institution recognized by CTEVT.

(e) Agriculture Service Assistant, Level Four: Passed TSLC in Agriculture from CTEVT or passed SEE or equivalent and obtained 18 months training in Agriculture from CTEVT or an educational institution recognized by CTEVT.

(f) Computer Operator, Assistant Level Five: Passed 3-year diploma course in Computer from CTEVT or passed class 12 with Computer as a subject and 1-year work experience or passed class 12 or equivalent and obtained 6 months training in Computer and 2 years work experience, other qualifications as specified by the Government of Nepal.

(g) Assistant Computer Operator, Assistant Level Four: Passed SEE or equivalent and obtained 6 months training in Computer and 1-year work experience.

(h) Light Vehicle Driver (Category Less): Literate and obtained a vehicle driving license. The driving license must be renewed and currently driving.

(i) Heavy Vehicle Driver (Category Less): Literate and obtained a vehicle driving license. The driving license must be renewed and currently driving.
