1) Minimum Educational Qualification:
A) Employment coordinator: At least graduation or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, 3 months of basic computer skills training.
b) Technical Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering, 3 months training in basic computer skills.
c) Employment Assistant: Passed at least Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, 3 months of basic computer skills training.
d) For the post of Assistant Computer Operator: Passed with SLC/SEE from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, 3 months training in basic computer skills or studied computer subject with SlC/SEE or higher educational qualification.
e) For the post of ANM: Special consideration will be given to those who have passed ANM or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal and are registered with the concerned council, have undergone SBA training, and have worked in a Worthing Center.
2) Experience and Skills:
A) For the post of Technical Assistant: Able to prepare and analyze project cost estimation, supervision, and final cost statement for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, the experience of working in a team to achieve project goals and results, having at least 6 months of experience with interpersonal skills.
3) Mode of Selection: Publication of preliminary round list, written test, practical test (except for ANM), and interview (only for Assistant Computer Operator and ANM)
