As the academic and administrative posts mentioned in the details for Gandaki University Pokhara have to be filled in the contract service through open competition; Eligible Nepali citizens are kindly requested to submit the application form to the University Office, Mustangchowk, Pokhara within 21 days from the date of first publication and thereafter for a fee of 7 days.
No action will be taken on the applications which have been received late and have not reached the due date.
The applicant has to submit the application form along with the required documents along with the gross voucher of the application fee to the Rastriya Banijya Bank of Gandaki University, Prithvi Chowk, Pokhara.

Minimum educational qualifications and experience required for teachers:
1) Research Associate Professor (Research): - Doctorate in Science or Natural Resource Management - Agriculture, Animal Science, Forestry, / Health Science / Environmental Science / Bio-Resources and Engineering from a recognized educational institution. Must have at least 7 years of study/research/teaching experience and lead at least three research projects and have published at least seven research articles in the International Peer Review-Journal.
2) Associate Professor (Information and Technology): - In related subjects or similar subjects from a recognized educational institution (Computer Science / Engineering / Information System Engineer Or, Allied Subjects - eg - Artificial Intelligence, Intent of Things, E-Governance, Information) Security, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Web Technologies, Cloud Computing, UX Design) with at least 7 years of teaching/research experience and at least one doctoral research or postgraduate level at least five research supervisors and at least five international peer-review journals. The candidate should have published a research article and registered with Nepal Engineering Council.
3) Associate Professor (Pharmacy): - Has at least 7 years of study research or teaching experience in a related subject or similar subject (Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent) from a recognized educational institution and has supervised at least one doctoral research or at least five postgraduate level research. And must have published at least five research articles in the International Peer Review-Journal and be registered with the Nepal Pharmacy Council.
4) Research Assistant Professor: - At least one year in the field of research after passing the postgraduate level in the related subject or similar subjects (Environmental Science / Science / Natural Resource Management - Agriculture, Animal Science, Forestry) or similar first class from a recognized educational institution. Must have experience and have published at least five research articles in national or international journals.
5) Assistant Professor (Information and Technology: - Must have passed the postgraduate level or similar first-class in a related subject or similar subjects (IT / ICT) or similar first class from a recognized educational institution and registered in Nepal Engineering Council with at least one Must have years of teaching/research experience and have published at least three research articles in national or international journals.
6) Assistant Professor (Pharmacy): - Postgraduate level in a related subject (M.Pharma or similar) from a recognized educational institution in first class and have at least one-year teaching/research experience and publish at least three research articles in national or international journals. Should have done (Candidate should be registered with Nepal Pharmacy Council).
7) Accounting Officer (Seventh Level): - Graduated in Management or equivalent.
8) Assistant Administrator (Seventh Level): - Bachelor level or equivalent in any subject.
9) Assistant Administrator (6th level): - Bachelor level or equivalent in any subject.
Age limit: Not exceeding 50 years for employees and not exceeding 58 years for teachers.
