Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualifications:
A Nepali citizen meeting the following requirements:
a) Postgraduate degree from a recognized university with at least ten years of experience, or
b) PhD with at least five years of experience
c) Aged between 35 and 65 years
d) Not convicted of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude
e) Not a member of any political party at the time of appointment
f) No conflict of interest with the Gandaki Province Training Academy
