- Last Date for Application Submission: 2080/08/05. An extended deadline with double fee is up to 2080/08/12.
Eligibility & Age Limit
- For 7th Level Officer: Age must be above 21 and below 35 as of 2080/08/05.
- For 5th Level Assistant: Age must be above 18 and below 35.
- Special Consideration:
- Women or disabled candidates: Maximum age limit is 40.
- Health services post applicants: Age should be above 18 and below 45.
- Permanent employees from Federal Civil Service, Province Civil Service, or local service: No age limit restrictions.
- Temporary or contractual employees appointed before the year 2063: No age limit based on clause (4) below Section 19 of the Local Service (Organization and Operation) Act, 2079.
Application Fee
- Officer 7th Level: Rs. 1,200/-. An extra Rs. 400/- for each additional advertisement towards inter-level and inclusive groups.
- Assistant 5th Level: Rs. 700/-. An additional fee of Rs. 200/- per group/letter for inclusive and other additional groups.
Fee Submission Details
- Method: Through a Bank Voucher (with Master ID & Transaction Reference Number) generated from the Commission's Online Application System.
- Place: Payment can be made at the specified bank or through the designated Payment Service.
- Fee Submission Deadline: Until 2080/08/13 (If a public holiday, then during the office hours of the next working day).
