Staff Requirements
Minimum Required Qualification:
For Assistant:
Passed Proficiency Certificate Level and worked for at least 1 year in a microfinance financial institution, or passed SLC or SEE and worked for at least 2 years in a microfinance financial institution.
For Junior Assistant:
Passed Proficiency Certificate Level and worked for at least 1 year in a microfinance financial institution, or passed SLC or SEE and worked for at least 2 years in a microfinance financial institution.
For Trainee Assistant:
Passed SLC or SEE. Should have computer knowledge and be willing to work in rural areas.
Candidates who have a driving license and own a vehicle will be given preference.
