Since the following posts have to be filled on a contract basis for the basic health units to be established in different wards under Gaindakot Municipality; Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to submit their application within the office hours till 2077-07-02.

1. Health Assistant (HA)

Additional Information:
2) The conditions of service and salary allowance of the employees shall be as specified by this municipality.
3) In order to be a candidate, the following qualifications should be fulfilled.
A) 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years till the last date of application.
B) Not found guilty by the court in criminal cases.
C) Not dismissed from service to be disqualified in the future.
Registered and renewed in the concerned council.
4) Exam material ANM Rs. 300 / -, HA Rs. 500 / -

7) Documents required to be submitted along with the application form:
A) Copy of Proof of Nepali Citizenship (Proof of confirmation of permanent address if the permanent address mentioned in the citizenship certificate has changed)
B) Recently taken passport size photo two copies
C) Copies of educational qualifications certificates.
D) A copy of the certificate of registration in the concerned council.
E) Documents confirming work experience.
