Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level microfinance financial institution licensed as a 'D' class by Nepal Rastra Bank. Position: Trainee Junior Assistant

Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination.
Type of Examination: Written, Field Concept, Interview and other examinations as required for the above mentioned post.
Special Preference: Special preference will be given to candidates who operate computers and software, go to ride bicycles and motorbikes and have obtained driver's license.
Nature of work: Formation and mobilization of groups of poor women in hilly and lowland rural areas, operation and recovery of loans by mobilizing central meetings and mobilization of savings, analysis of loans and audit of utilization, compilation of savings and accounting of bad debts etc.
Office hours: This will be in accordance with the rules of the organization.

Age Limit: In case of female candidate who has completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 30 years till the last day of application but above the age limit mentioned above, 5 years will be added.
