Fitkat Fashion Sportswear Pvt. Ltd., a fashion activewear brand is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager based in Kathmandu to operate a luxury sportswear retail store. Sales Managers' duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria.
1. Sales Managers -2 (1 Male, 1 Female)
Requirement:
- Proven working experience in retail sales and customer service focused.
- Should be physically fit with understanding of activewear industry and fitness.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English and Nepali. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- General administration and basic office software skills.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage store operations: processing shipment/transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor, maintaining perfect visual standards, aware of inventory, and no shortage concerns, communicate replenishment needs.
- Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal customer patronage.
- Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and thank you notes, scheduling appointments to review new product line, and inviting to store events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Contributes towards the store reaching and exceeding weekly, quarterly and annual objectives and goals.
