1. Office cleaner
As a member of the grounds and building team of the Swiss Embassy, the office cleaner will perform general cleaning of the embassy's office rooms as well as other tasks assigned by the office.
Diligent and friendly behavior of the office cleaner should help in the work achievement of the ground and building team.
The office cleaner is subordinate to the Swiss Embassy office, five days a week at the time specified by the office and according to the instructions given by the head office cleaner, the following tasks must be done.
- Clean all the rooms of the embassy office and keep the items in their proper place.
- To arrange clean drinking water at the desks of all the employees of the embassy office.
- Check whether you have the necessary cleaning supplies related to your work and request to supply the necessary supplies.
- Providing tea or coffee to embassy guests/visitors if requested by other staff.
- Other tasks assigned by the office.
Technical Proficiency:
10th passed, good knowledge of office hygiene; At least 2 years working experience as an office cleaner; Able to speak and write basic English and fluent Nepali; Received training in related subjects from a recognized institution.
Social Competence:
well-spoken and friendly; Able to fulfill their responsibilities independently and do assigned work; Able to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the team they are involved in; Aware of and competent in gender and social diversity issues; Able to work with multi-ethnic teams.
