1) A copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship, a copy of the certificate of renewal of the donor in the relevant subject, and a copy of the certificate of educational qualification should be submitted by the certified person along with the application.
2) In case of age 18 years have not been completed till the last day of application and not exceeding 35 years and in case of health, it shall be as prescribed by Section 13 of Nepal Health Services Act, 2053.
3) Application form will be available from the administrative branch of this hospital and on the website of the hospital: http://bajhanghospital.p7.gov.np.
4) The method of selection will be written examination and interview. The contact date will be fixed on the last day of the application.
5) In the examination fee advertisement no. In the case of 3/2078/079 Rs.1000 (one thousand) and advertisement no. In the case of 4/2078/07 to 8/2078/079, Rs. 600 and in case of the candidate applying for additional advertisement in the same group, Rs. 300 additional fee has to be paid.
