Due to the approved program of Fiscal Year 2078/079 of this office to be established within Kathmandu district and for the Citizen Health Service Center established last year, the following number and qualified employees are to be appointed in the service contract till the end of Ashad 2079; This information has been published by the interested Nepali citizens who have not been disqualified from serving in the government service and have reached the qualification to fill the application form for the Public Service Commission along with the receipt of payment of revenue within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Details:
1) Place of application: District Ayurveda Health Center, Kathmandu
2) Type of examination: Interview
3) Last date to apply: 2078/12/27
4) Educational Qualification: Registered/renewed in the relevant council with minimum educational qualification as prescribed by the Public Service Commission for the post of Vaidya / Kaviraj and passed SLC/SEE for the post of applicant/office assistant and provided related training/experience.
5) Age limit: 18 years in case of Kabiraj and not exceeding 45 years and not exceeding 18 years in case of office assistant and not exceeding 40 years (45 years in case of women).
6) Application Fee: Rs.400 (literally Rs.400 only for Vaidya / Kabiraj) and Rs.300 (literally only Rs.300) for Abhyangkarta / Office Assistant 3500235023 Revenue Shirpak no. 14229 (Other Administrative Fees) I have to deposit in Rastriya Banijya Bank Account.
7) Documents to be attached with the application: Bank filing voucher of application fee, copy of educational qualification certificate, copy of citizenship, copy of renewal of council registration certificate, a certified copy of training and experience in any subject related to Ayurveda and Purva / Pachkarma should be submitted.
8) Term of service and service facility: As specified by the concerned body.
9) The copies should be self-certified and bring the original documents when coming to the interview.
