Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Job Vacancy for Various Positions:
Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank with a central office in Srinagar Tole, Ward No. 2, Baglung Municipality.
Due to the need for the following skilled manpower for the branch offices under Baglung, Parbat, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Kaski, Myagdi, Bara, Parsa, Rautahat, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Dang, Makwanpur, Chitwan and the branch offices to be opened in the future.
Eligible, aspiring, militant, enthusiastic, result-oriented Nepali citizens within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours at the address mentioned below along with a recent passport size photo application, their biodata, copy of citizenship, educational qualification certificate and work experience as required. Required Qualifications:
| Senior Officer | Must have passed bachelor level and have at least 3 years work experience in an official level in a microfinance institution. Also, priority will be given to those who have worked in the microfinance sector as department heads. |
| Senior Assistant | Must have bachelor level and at least 1-year work experience in microfinance institution or 2 years work experience in microfinance sector after passing proficiency certificate level. Also, priority will be given to those who have work experience as branch head. |
| Assistant | Must have proficiency certificate level, or similar and have at least 2 years working experience in the microfinance sector, or have passed SLC / SEE or equivalent and have at least 3 years work experience in the microfinance sector and know how to use the computer as well as banking software. |
| Junior Assistant | Must have passed Proficiency Certificate level and have experience in the field of finance, or have passed SLC / SEE and have worked in the field of microfinance for at least 1 year. Must be able to use the computer as well as banking software. |
| Junior Assistant (Trainee) | Must have passed SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution. Special priority will be given to those who can use Computer Word, Excel, experience, and knowledge related to microfinance. |
Other information:
Age Limit: For Advertisement No. 1, 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age and for other posts, 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age, but in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be 5 years.
Type of Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be selected through written and interview.
Salary and benefits: will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
