Due to the requirement of placing doctors and health workers in contractual services for the positions listed below, which will automatically terminate upon the recommendation of the Public Service Commission or the arrival of permanent staff on transfer, this notice is published for the information of all concerned. Qualified Nepalese citizens are invited to submit their applications by filling out the application form related to Schedule-2 (Clause 7, Sub-clause 1) of the Health Workers Contract Service Management Procedure, 2078, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications must be submitted to the hospital administration along with a revenue receipt.

Qualifications and Experience:
(a) Must be a Nepalese citizen.
(b) Must have completed 18 years of age for assistant level and 21 years of age for officer level.
(c) Must be registered with the relevant council (with either a permanent or temporary certificate).
(d) If experience in the health sector is available, a certificate of such experience must be provided.
(e) Must not be disqualified under any prevailing laws.
(f) Documents to be attached with the application: Personal details, educational qualifications, a copy of the Nepalese citizenship certificate, a copy of the experience certificate, and a certified copy of the registration certificate with the relevant council as per prevailing Nepalese law.
(g) Selection process: Written exam or interview process (as per the Health Workers Contract Service Management Procedure, 2078).
(h) Examination Center: Dhading Hospital, Dhading.

Application Fee:
- For Ninth Level: NPR 2,000/-
- For Seventh Level: NPR 1,200/-
- For Fifth Level: NPR 700/- The fee should be deposited in the revenue account of Dhading Hospital in the Provincial Revenue Account No. 3700130013, Revenue Title No. 14224 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, and the original voucher must be submitted.
Service Duration:
The contract agreement will automatically terminate upon the recommendation of a permanent employee by the Provincial Public Service Commission or the transfer of an employee who reports for duty. The removal will be based on the lowest ranking in the merit list.
