Deprosc Nepal Vacancy Announcement for Community Instructor:
With the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), WinRACK International is implementing two Knowledge-Based Integrated Sustainable Agriculture (Farmers) projects in 25 districts of four provinces in Nepal with the objective of sustaining the agricultural sector's growth, inclusion, and income growth.
The Vocational Literacy Division of this project is leading more than 7,300 participants in 334 locations in the following areas in the sixth series of two-month long training by providing training in various subjects for agribusiness development.

Applications are invited from aspiring Nepali citizens with the following qualifications and experience as some community trainers are required to work in a timely manner to impart this vocational literacy training.
Main Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the selection of participants.
- To conduct vocational literacy training at the local level for 2 months (2 hours daily, except Saturdays).
- Examine participants before and after the training.
- To facilitate the participants for business development.
- Assistance, coordination in monitoring, evaluation, and study.
Minimum Qualification Capacity:
- Proficiency certificate passed or similar
- Not working full time in other organizations
- To be able to facilitate professional work.
- Proficiency in social operations and computer applications.
- In the past as a community trainer or local resource person
- Preference to candidates of working and related wards.
