This notice is published for the information of all concerned that Damauli Hospital, Damauli, Tanahun, needs to recruit employees on a service contract basis until mid-June 2026 (Ashad 2082) for the regular operation and continuation of special services being provided by the hospital, in the following positions approved by the Ministry of Health, Gandaki Province, and Damauli Hospital. Eligible and experienced Nepali citizens are requested to submit duly filled application forms. Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be processed.

Vacancy Details

Minimum Educational Qualifications

1. Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon: Postgraduate degree in Orthopedic Surgery and NMC Registered.
2. Consultant Physician: Postgraduate degree in General or Internal Medicine from a recognized educational institution and NMC Registered.
3. Consultant Radiologist: Postgraduate degree in Radiology and NMC Registered.
4. Anesthesia Assistant: Passed Health Assistant/Staff Nurse course from a recognized educational institution and received at least three months of anesthesia training and registered with the relevant council.
5. Psychosocial Counselor: At least Proficiency Certificate Level or 10+2 or equivalent passed and received 6 months of training in Psychosocial Counseling from a recognized institution or passed Post Graduation Diploma in Counseling Psychology or Bachelor's degree in Psychology and registered with the relevant council.
6. Office Helper: Able to read and write.

Required Documents and Details

a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, 2 copies of recent passport-size photos, copies of educational qualification certificates above SLC/SEE, copy of the relevant council's certificate, and copies of work experience and training certificates in the relevant field must be submitted.

b) Age: As of the last date of application:

*   Office Helper (Female): Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.
*   Office Helper (Male): Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
*   For Assistant Staff: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
*   For Officer Staff: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

c) Not convicted of any criminal charges and not disqualified under prevailing law.

d) Application Fee: Rs. 1500/- (in words: One thousand five hundred) for 9th level officer, Rs. 600/- (in words: Six hundred) for 5th level, and Rs. 600/- (in words: Six hundred) for Office Helper, to be deposited at Nepal Bank Limited, Damauli Branch, Office Code No. 3500938014, Revenue Account No. 27302000001001000001, Revenue Heading No. 14229, along with the original voucher and filled form available from this office.

e) Place to Obtain Application Form: Administration Section of Damauli Hospital during office hours or on the Damauli Hospital website damaulihospital.gandaki.gov.np (in the "Service Contract for Doctors and Health Workers Management Procedure, 2079").

h) Last Date for Application Submission: 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e., 2081/10/11, and if that day falls on a public holiday, then within office hours on the day the office reopens.
