Damauli Hospital, Damauli, Tanahun is providing various specialized services (ICU, Ventilator, Dialysis, Trauma, Maternity, Surgery, Extended OPD, EMR Service, and additional beds). To ensure regular operation and continuity of these services, it has been deemed necessary to recruit staff on a contract basis until the end of Ashar 2082. Therefore, this notice is published to inform all concerned that experienced and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to submit duly completed application forms. Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon: Postgraduate degree in Orthopedic Surgery and registered with NMC.
- Consultant Anesthesiologist: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, postgraduate in Anesthesiology, and registered with NMC.
- Consultant Radiologist: Postgraduate degree in Radiology and registered with NMC.
- Anesthesia Assistant: Completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse course from a recognized institution, at least three months of training in Anesthesia, and registered with the relevant council.
- Staff Nurse: Passed certificate level in Nursing from a recognized institution, with training and work experience related to ICU management, and registered with the relevant council.
- Staff Nurse: Passed certificate level in Nursing from a recognized institution, with training and work experience related to IT management, and registered with the relevant council.
- Physiotherapy Assistant: Passed certificate level in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution and registered with the relevant council.
- Psychosocial Counsellor: At least Proficiency Certificate Level or 10+2 or equivalent, with six months of training in Psychosocial Counselling from a recognized institution, or Post Graduation Diploma in Counselling Psychology, or Bachelor's degree in Psychology and registered with the relevant council.
- Lab Technician: Passed certificate level in Health Laboratory or SLC, with a two-year six-month course in Laboratory Technician and registered with the relevant council.
- IT Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized institution.
- Pharmacy Assistant: Passed certificate level in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and registered with the relevant council.
- For all the above-mentioned positions: At least three months of training in basic computer skills is required.
Required Documents and Information:
a) Copy of Nepali citizenship, two recent passport-sized photos, copies of educational certificates above SLC/SEE, copies of relevant council certificates, and copies of work experience and training certificates in the related field.
b) Age: For assistant level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age by the application deadline; for officer level positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years of age.
c) No criminal convictions or disqualifications under prevailing laws.
d) Application Fee: For ninth-level officers, NPR 1,500/- (in words: one thousand five hundred) and for fifth-level assistants, NPR 600/- (in words: six hundred), to be deposited at Nepal Bank Limited, Damauli Branch, Office Code No. 3500938014, Revenue Account No. 27302000001001000001, Revenue Title No. 14229. The original voucher must be submitted with the application form provided by this office.

f) Submission of Application Forms: At the Administration Section of Damauli Hospital during office hours.
g) Advertisement Publication Date: 2061/04/26.
h) Last Date to Submit Application: Within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication, i.e., 2081/05/08. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the application must be submitted on the next working day within office hours.
