Dakshinkali Municipality, Municipal Office, Pharping, Kathmandu, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal invites job applications for Supervisor, Ganak, EDF, and Ambulance Driver.
As per the decision of Dakshinkali Municipality dated 2078-10-16, for the poor household identification and identity card distribution program, for running poverty alleviation, for running small enterprise development program, and for operating the ambulance of this office, the vacancies are to be filled by sub-contract.
This information has been published for the information of all concerned regarding proper application to the administration branch of this municipality by attaching the original receipt of the payment of the examination fee to the revenue branch of the municipality within 15 (fifteen) days (2078-11-3) from the date of publication of the notice by eligible Nepali citizen.

A) Minimum qualification required:
For Supervisors:
- Have at least a bachelor's degree in a subject from a recognized educational institution, including statistics or population or economics or mathematics, and have a basic knowledge of computers.
- Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years by the last date of application.
- Priority will be given to the concerned local level residents.
For the Enumerator (Ganak):
- Passed at least certificate level or equivalent in any subject including Statistics or Population or Economics or Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and basic knowledge of computer.
- Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years by the last date of application.
- Priority will be given to the concerned local level residents.
For Enterprise Development Facilitator:
- Passed Diploma in Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator recognized by CTEVT of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), or Passed Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator Skill Test Level 2 or 3 from Technical Education and Vocational Training Department, or Higher recognized by Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training. Passed Technical Entrance Examination (TSLC) on Development Facilitator.
- Must have reached 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application but not exceeding 40 years in the case of women.
For Ambulance Driver:
- Able to read and write.
- Driver's license for the light vehicle driver.
- Must have reached 18 years of age and not exceeded 35 years by the last date of application.
- Veterans will be given priority.
Documents required to be submitted with the application:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Certified copy of open qualification data and character certificate in case of minimum educational qualification and higher educational qualification. In all the certificates, the candidate himself should have certified that the original copy is correct or not. In case of equivalence is required, a copy of the equivalence certificate has to be submitted.
C) Remuneration facility:
- For Supervisors: Non-Gazetted First Class Start Salary Scale and other facilities as per rules.
- For enumerators: Non-Gazetted Second Class starting salary scale and other regulatory features.
- For Enterprise Development Facilitator: Startup Salary Scale and other regulatory facilities like Assistant Level.
- For Ambulance Drivers: The first level of light vehicle drivers prescribed by the Government of Nepal, starting salary level and other facilities as per rules.
D) Type of Selection:
- The preliminary list of candidates is selected after evaluation on the basis of duly received application and is published.
- Only the candidates selected as per point 1 will be included in the interview.
- The experimental examination will be conducted for Advertisement No. 1/078/079, 2/078/079, and 4/078/079.
Others: All the right to choose and not to choose the employees will be vested in Dakshinkali Municipality.
Except as mentioned in the notice, other necessary matters will be determined by the candidate selection and recommendation committee and will be in accordance with the prevailing law.
