Government of Karnali Province, Ministry of Social Development, Directorate of Health Services, Office of Health Services, Dailekh Notice regarding service contract for Anesthesia Assistant.
Since the following positions are required in the service contract for the operation of Comprehensive Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (CEONC) 24 hours at the Health Service Office, Dailekh/Dailekh District Hospital. This notification has been published for the information of all concerned to submit the application from the interested Nepali citizens who have qualified for the related post in the prescribed format available from this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notification.

Positions: Anesthesia Assistant - 1 (One)
- Educational qualification: Health Assistant (HA) or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution and at least 1 (one) year of training in various anesthesia and registered with the relevant council.
- Application Fee: Rs. 500
1) Type of Examination:- Written and Interview.
2) Place of Application:- Health Service Office Dailekh.
3) Last date for registration of application:- 2079-04-19 (until office hours only).
4) Date and place of written interview:- 2079-04-20 from 12:00 in the morning, Health Service Office Dailekh
5) Age limit:- 18 years and not exceeding 45 years.
6) Salary scale:- It will be determined by mutual agreement as per the provisions in the budget authority and according to the decision of the Dailekh District Hospital Management Committee.
7) Service contract period:- Until 2080 Ashad end and if the performance is satisfactory, the service contract will be continued in the next fiscal year.
8) Documents to be attached to the application: - Candidate's personal details, a certified copy of educational qualification, a certified copy of the registration with the concerned council, 2 copies of passport size photograph of the candidate, a certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, a certified copy of experience, etc.
9) No action will be taken on the applications that are not filled in properly and come after the deadline.
10) The applicant should not have been charged and disqualified by the prevailing law.
11) The things mentioned in this notification will be the same and other things have been exempted from the notification. In the case of Buda, it will be in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. If there is any amendment in the mentioned notice, it will be posted on the notice board of the office.
