CRS is an international NGO based in the United States that works in over 100 countries to promote human development by responding to major emergencies, fighting disease and poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies. CRS Nepal implements earthquake recovery and resilience programming in Gorkha and Okhaldhunga districts to provide technical support for the reconstruction of earthquake resilient houses, livelihood recovery and WASH. USAID funded additional livelihood technical assistance program in province 3,5,6 and 7. The Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) is led by CRS Nepal from March 2017.

Deputy Country Representative
(1 Position-Based in Kathmandu):
Master's degree in International Development, International Relations or a related field. Additional experience may substitute for some education. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing high-value relief and development programs. Demonstrated experience successfully managing high-value projects from multiple international donors, including USAID, DFID and UN agencies inside and outside of Nepal. Knowledge of relevant donor regulations. Experience engaging partners and strengthening partnerships. Experience working with CRS and Caritas Internationalis network is a plus. Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment. Ability to represent the agency at high levels.
Senior Project Officer
(1 Position- Based in Butwal):
Bachelor's Degree in one of the streams like agriculture, animal husbandry, rural development, social work, agri-business. Additional qualifications or certificate courses in the area of value chain development, farm extension, financial inclusion, post-harvest management would be a plus. Minimum of 6 years of work experience required in any of the following areas of agricultural livelihoods with focus on farm extension, value chains, market linkages, financial inclusion, enterprise development, private sector engagement for an NGO, private sector or government. Experience of working with government agencies, farmer organizations and private sector, monitoring projects and collecting relevant data will be preferred.
Project Officer
(1 Position- Based in Butwal):
Bachelor's Degree in one of the streams like agriculture, animal husbandry, rural development, social work, agri-business is required. Minimum of 3 years of work experience required in project implementation and coordination in the field. Experience in the field of agricultural extension, value chain development, working with government and for an NGO would be a plus. Experience in participatory action planning and local stakeholders' engagement, monitoring projects and collecting relevant data will be preferred
