Position: Junior Officer
Responsibility: Monitoring Officer (Field) / Branch Office Head

Required Academic Qualification and Experience: Must have graduated from a recognized educational institution and at least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field or have passed at least 3 years of work experience in a post below the level in the relevant field.
Additional Experience: Special preference will be given to those who have 2 years in the position of junior officer or similar in the micro finance institution, or 5 years in supervisor / senior assistant position and have experience in branch office or program monitoring and supervision.

Special Preferences:
Special preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge of computer (word, excel, email - internet and Nepali typing), motorcycle driver's license, out of Kathmandu valley and remote and rural areas. Special priority will be given to the candidate who is willing to work in different provinces in favor of Monitoring Officer.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years old and not exceeding 40 years of age for the position of Junior Assistant, for other positions the minimum age limit is 18 and not exceeding 35 years but in case of female candidate, the upper age limit will be 5 years.
