Job Positions
1. Cluster Head: Senior Officer CH(SO)-1/24 and Assistant Manager CH(AM)-2/24 (Few)

Candidates should have a minimum experience of 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years for Assistant Manager position in commercial bank.

The position is overall responsible for leading the assigned cluster and work closely with the branches of the relevant cluster to provide assistance to the branches for smooth operation including deposit, lending, NPA management, and profitability.

The candidate must have a proven track record of target achievement in terms of different business spectrums and ability to accept highly challenging growth target. Preference will be given to candidates having experience as Cluster/Regional Head and/or Branch Manager.
2. Legal Department: Senior Officer LEGAL(SO)-1/24 / Assistant Manager LEGAL(AM)-2/24 (1)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years for Assistant Manager position.

Candidates should have expertise in writing, drafting, preparation of litigation suits, claim or petitions, writing replies/letters to different courts & regulatory authorities along with the ability to represent the Bank in the court. Candidates must have advocate license.

Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience in the legal department of banks and financial institutions and also having proven track record of resolving critical cases in favor of the organization.
3. Branch Manager: Junior Officer BM(JO)-1/24, Officer BM(O)-2/24 and Senior Officer BM(SO)-3/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 5 years for Junior Officer, 7 years for Officer and 8 years for Senior Officer position in commercial bank.

Candidates applying for the position of Branch Manager must have sound knowledge of Credit & Branch Operations.

Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience as Branch Managers.
4. Relationship Officer: Junior Officer RO(JO)-1/24, Officer RO(O)-2/24 and Senior Officer RO(SO)-3/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 5 years for Junior Officer, 7 years for Officer and 8 years for Senior Officer position in commercial bank.

5. Chartered Accountant: Junior Officer CA(JO)-1/24, Officer CA(O)-2/24 and Senior Officer CA(SO)-3/24 (Few)

Candidates should be Chartered Accountants from ICAN or ICAI.

Candidates applying for Officer and Senior Officer positions must have a minimum experience of 2 years post qualification.

6. Digital Banking Unit
a. Customer Experience Unit-Senior Officer CEU(SO)-1/24 and Assistant Manager CEU(AM)-2/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years for Assistant Manager position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong understanding of digital banking products, services and technology with sound knowledge in Mobile banking, Internet Banking, KIOSK, API and various application related to customer experience.

Candidate should have a robust background in digital banking, UX/UI design, and customer journey mapping.

Candidate should be able to design, develop, and execute comprehensive customer experience initiatives across all digital banking platforms.

Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage.
b. Customer Experience Unit: Supervisor CEU(SUP)-3/24 and Junior Officer CEU(JO)-4/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 3 years for Supervisor and 5 years for Junior Officer position in digital banking, customer experience or related field along with strong background related to customer experience.

Candidates having PMP certifications will have an added advantage.
c. Developer: Supervisor DEV(SUP)-5/24 and Junior Officer DEV(JO)-6/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 3 years for Supervisor and 5 years for Junior Officer position in API development, implementation of Finance Integrator (FI API) and Connect 24.

Basic experience in UX flow, web & app-based technologies.

Candidate should have basic understanding of Windows, Linux OS environment and databases like MSSQL, MY SQL, PostgreSQL etc.

Candidates should be compatible with development tools as asp.net, react, node JS and other framework with a good understanding of overall architecture.

Preference shall be given to the candidate having knowledge in BPM, RPA, CRM and AI.
d. BPM Developer / RPA Developer: Assistant BMP/RPA(ASST)-7/24 and Supervisor BMP/RPA (SUP)-8/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 2 years for Assistant and 3 years for Supervisor position working with APIs, UX flow, web & app-based technologies.

Candidate must have knowledge of development tools including python and asp.net along with basic understanding of Windows, Linux OS environment and databases like MSSQL, MY SQL, PostgreSQL etc.

Candidates must be able to develop, configure, test and implement RPA solutions using various RPA tools for process automation with software development cycle and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA into existing workflows.

Candidates must be able to design and implement BPM based solutions using BPM software, providing demonstrations to project teams and end users throughout the entire project life-cycle, and utilize agile development principles. Prior Knowledge of BPM workflow development and RPA process automation will be preferred.
7. Information Technology Department
a. IT MIS Unit: Assistant MIS(ASST)-1/24 and Supervisor MIS(SUP)-2/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 2 years for Assistant and 3 years for Supervisor position.

Candidate should have sufficient experience in Financial related MIS development with good knowledge in Oracle SQL, MSSQL, ETL/Report Server/Power BI and able to design SSRS reports.

Candidate should have ability to generate and integrate Finance reports with other data sources into a single data warehouse.

Preference shall be given to candidates having sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence/Data Analytics/Big Data and Data warehouse concepts.
b. IT Support Unit: Junior Assistant IT(SJA)-1/24 (Few)

Candidates should have minimum experience of 2 years in IT support with good knowledge of Windows installation/ administration, user rights management, installation and configuration of hardware, operating system and software and should have problem solving skill with good communication skill.

Prior experience of day-end in Finacle CBS will be an added advantage.
