1. Province Managers - Manager/Deputy Manager (Few) DM-09/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 12 years for Manager 10 years as Deputy Manager in a commercial bank. The position is overall responsible to lead the assigned province and work closely with the branches of the relevant Province; provide assistance to the branches for smooth operation including deposit, and lending. NPA management and profitability. The candidates must have proven track record of target achievement in terms of different business spectrums and the need to come up with the ability to accept highly challenging growth targets. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior experience as Province Manager and/or Branch Manager.
2. Branch Managers - Senior Officer. Officer and Junior Officer (Few) BM-I0/22
Inside Valley/ Outside Valley Branches
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 8 years as a Senior Officer, 7 years as an Officer, and 5 years as a Junior Officer in a commercial bank. Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of Credit & Branch Operations. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience as Branch Managers.
3. IT Department (Core Banking System) - Junior Officer / Supervisor (Few) CBS -11/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 3 years in Commercial Bank having strong knowledge of Finack Core Banking software and with good knowledge of Oracle database system thereby having skills to develop Finacle based reports using SQL & PLSQL. Candidates should havegood knowledge ofcustominnions using Finacles proprietary scripting language and intepution framework provided by Finack such as Connect24 and Finacle Integrator. Preference shall be given to candidates having good knowledge of AIX Unix/Linux based Operating Systems.
4. IT Department (Network) - Junior Officer / Supervisor (Few) Net -12/22
Candidates must have strong knowledge of networking technologies and must be able to administrate firewalls and routers. virtual private networks (VPX5). DC.DR connectivity and other security tools. Preference shall be given to candidates who have knowledge/experience in Cisco. Juniper. CheckPoint and Palo alto devices. Good knowledge of web vulnerabilities and security aspects and CCNA/CCNP and /or CCSA R80.x certification is preferred.
5. Corporate Communication Department (Head)/Officer /Junior Officer (I) CCD-13/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 7 years for Officers and 5 years for Junior Officers in designing and executing communication activities. Preference shall be given to the candidates working in a similar department in Bank and Financial Institutions or media
6. Relationship Officers- Officer! Junior Officer (Few) RO-14/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 7 years as Officer and 5 years for Junior Officer in a commercial bank. Candidates applying for the position must have sound knowledge of Credit.
Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience in Credit Department.
7. Operation Ineharge - Officer/Junior Officer (Few) 01-15/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 7 years as an Officer and years as a Junior Officer in a commercial bank. Candidates applying fur the position must have sound knowledge of Branch Operations. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience in Branch Operations.
8. Legal Officer - Officer/ Junior Officer (Few) Legal-16/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 7 years as an Officer and 5 years as a Junior Officer in a commercial bank. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience in the legal department of Banks and Financial Institutions.
9. Human Resource Department -Junior Officer (1) HRO-17/22
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 5 years in the Human Resource Department of a commercial bank with a focus on capacity building. Preference shall be given to the candidates having knowledge of the overall operation of the Human Resources Department.
10. Branch Operation / Assistant (Few) Asst-18/22
Inside Valley/ Outside Valley Branches
Candidates should have a minimum experience of 3 years in a commercial bank. Preference shall be given to the candidates having prior work experience in Branch Operations.
Candidates applying for IT Department positions must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Bachelor of Engineering in Computer, Bachelor in Computer Application Or similar degree from a recognized university. Candidates applying for Legal Department positions must have minimum of Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized university. Candidates applying for other positions must have minimum of Bachelor degree from recognized university Candidates applying for Manager must have 3 years of experience in one position below the position applying for. Candidates applying for Deputy Manager and Senior Officer must have 2 years of experience in one position below the position applying for, and while 1 year of experience in one position below for other positions.
