Education qualification:

Must hold the following qualifications: a. Certified Public Accountant (Chartered Accountant, First Time Pass) or equivalent. b. A degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Degree in Business Analytics, Marketing will be preferred; and c. Diploma or Equivalent in Risk Management.

Citizenship: Nepali

Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu with frequent travel

Experience and Professional Skills:

Must have 10+ years of experience as a financial leader with high level of skill in handling all verticals concerning FMCG business with reputed FMCG Multinational Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth & Profitability on a sustainable and consistent manner.

  • Lead corporate governance with controls held at core, risk assessed and mitigated.

  • Maximize shareholder return and manage external reporting and communications to the stock exchange.

  • Lead the finance team to world class level of integration and collaboration.

Requisite Experience of 10 years or more:

  • Financial Planning/Budgeting with respect to all the functional verticals

  • Financial Reporting/Analysis

  • Corporate Technology Integration

  • Establishing Corporate Controls and Governance

  • Audit Management and Corporate Finance Due Diligence

  • Strategy Formulation, Institutional Change Management Process Refinement and Implementation

  • Supply Chain Cost Variance Analysis and Physical Inventory Management

Requisite IT Proficiency:

  • SAP, Power BI, Sage, QuickBooks, Word, Excel (advanced), Power Point

Must have Functional Skills:

  • People Management, Project Management, Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Stakeholder Management etc.

Employment Conditionals:

  • The selection will be conditional on the explicit declaration of the candidate that s/he will abide by the transfer policies whereby s/he will be stationed to multiple global offices at regular intervals.
