   • Officer Level (Ninth): NPR 2000
   • Officer Level (Eighth and Seventh): NPR 1200

   • Fees should be deposited in the account number 27202000010010000001 at Province Accounting Controller Office, Sindhupalchok, under revenue title number 14229, with the original voucher submitted.
4. Service Period: Until the end of the current fiscal year 2081/082. The contract will terminate automatically if permanent employees are recommended by the Provincial Public Service Commission or transferred.
5. Age Limit: For Assistant Level: 18 to 35 years; For Officer Level: 21 to 45 years.
6. Documents to be Submitted:
   • Copy of minimum educational qualification certificate
   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
   • Copy of registration certificate in the relevant council
   • Copy of character certificate
   • Copy of work experience documents
   • Training certificate of more than 15 days in the relevant subject.
7. Submission Location: Chautara Hospital, Sindhupalchok, Administration Branch.
