As the number of patients in Chatara Hospital is increasing excessively, this notice is published for all concerned in accordance with the decision dated 2079/04/02 to appoint employees as follows, in order to provide better quality and management of health services.
As Following:
1) Position and number and details of required staff:
a) Medical Officer: One person.
b) B. Pharmacy or D Pharmacy: One person.
c) Computer Operator: One person.
d) Cleaning Assistant: One person.
2) Minimum Qualification:
a) For the candidates of points a) and b) of the post, they should be Nepali citizen who has passed the relevant subject prescribed for the respective post from a recognized institution and registered with the respective council.
b) point no c) Candidates for the post should be Nepali citizens who have passed TSLC or similar subject related to computer from a recognized institution,
c) Point no d) should be a Nepali citizen.
3) Documents to be submitted: You must be present on the day of the interview with all the documents.
a) Copy of Nepali Citizenship and
b) Certificate copies of qualification mentioned in minimum qualification from SLC/SEE.
4) Application Fee: Free: For Medical Officer and B.Pharmacy post, Rs.1000, for D.Pharmacy Rs.500, for Computer Operator Rs. 300, and for Cleaning Assistant Rs.200 will be charged.
5) Method of selection: As per the decision of the staff selection committee, there will be a written test and interview.
6) Service facilities:
a) For Medical Officer 8th level: 15 days in a month from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm OPD or similar duty will be given one hundred percent (100%) incentive allowance along with the salary allowance of the 8th level of the Government of Nepal and night ONCALL (8:00 pm to 7:00 am) to Rs.1,500 per day if required) on other mutually agreed bases
b) B Pharmacy: According to the seventh level service facility of the Government of Nepal or by mutual agreement.
c) D Pharmacy and Computer Operator and Cleaning Assistant: As per the decision of the committee or by mutual agreement.
7) Mode of registration of application:

a) By coming to the hospital: The interested applicant can submit the required documents along with the CV and the receipt of the application fee submitted at the office counter at the administration branch of the hospital.
b) Via Email: After scanning all the necessary documents, you can submit the application form eSewa or Connect IPS or bank and submit the application by email along with the voucher, those who give the application through email can be registered through email.

In this Chatra hospital, all services will continue even on public holidays and applications can be made through email, even if it falls on a public holiday, the last day and time will be the last day and time to submit applications.
