Notice regarding filling up of posts in employment coordinator (contract service)
Subject to the following conditions for Chapakot Municipality, Technical Assistant (Officer 6th Level) Demand Number One should be filled in the contract service as per the circular issued by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security on 2077-02-15 within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. In the case of public holidays, the application has been published.
1. Minimum qualification required:
- Graduated from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal or passed a similar examination,
- In case of age, the last date to apply for the sixth post is 21 years and not less than 45 years.
- Have completed at least 3 months of basic computer training,
- No criminal charges have been filed to disqualify him for future government service,
- The court has not found him guilty of criminal charges of moral turpitude.
2. Documents to be attached:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,
- A copy of the certificate of minimum educational qualification,
- A copy of the certificate of higher educational qualification,
- Programs or other necessary documents run by the Government of Nepal,
- A copy of the certificate of experience.
3. Application Fee: Only Rs.1000 / - will be charged for Officer sixth level.
4. The place to submit an application and fill the form: The form should be provided by the office and the office of Chapakot Municipality should be submitted at Chapakot-9 Suntalitar Syangja.
5. Last date to submit an application: 2077/04/29
6. Salary and benefits: As per the criteria 2076 regarding the recruitment and service facilities of the employment coordinator.
7. Selection Test: The selection test will be conducted in accordance with the criteria for filling the post of service coordinator and service facility passed by the Council of Ministers of the Government of Nepal, 2076. The date, time, and place of the selection examination will be informed within ten (10) days from the date of registration of application at the time of publication of the list of preliminary qualifications of the candidates.
8. Except as mentioned in the notice, other matters will be as determined by the Employment Coordinator's Recruitment and Service Facility Criteria, 2076, and the Recruitment Committee.
