This notification has been published for Nepali citizens who have reached the qualifications to apply for the examination fee as specified in the municipality's revenue counter attach the receipts and attach the following documents within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notification.
Vacancy Details:
1) Community Health Officer (7th Level Officer) - 1 (One)
Required Qualification:
- BN / BNS / BSc Nursing / MBBS / BPH from a recognized educational institution of Nepal. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
Application Fee: Rs. 1000
Required Documents for Community Nurse:
1) Certificate of Required qualifications
2) Copy of Council / Nursing Council / Nepal Health Professional Council
3) Transcript and Character Certificate of MBBS/Nursing/BPH
2) Community Nurse - 15 (Fifteen)
Required Qualification:
- PCL Nursing from a recognized educational institution.
Application Fee: Rs. 500
Required Documents for Community Officer:
1) Certificate of Required qualifications
2) Copy of Nursing Council registered certificate
3) copy of the experienced certificate
Application Form: Fill out the application form prescribed in the Community Health Program Guideline at the office of this municipality. It should be submitted within the deadline. The application form can be obtained from this municipal office.
Application Place: Chandragiri Municipality Office, Balambu, Kathmandu.
Mode of Examination: Written Test and Interview
Age limit: not exceeding 45 years.
Service facilities: As specified by the municipality.
Last date for submission of application: Within 15 (fortnight) days (office hours) from the date of publication of the notice and if that day is a public holiday, the next day the office is open.
