Job Position and Requirements
- Position: Operations Manager
- Experience: Candidates must have more than 15 years of working experience in Hotel & Restaurant as Operation Manager to lead the team, develop the company's strategy by using resources and run day-to-day management.
- Education: Candidates must have obtained relevant international education & training from a well-recognized institute/university with a minimum Graduation in Hotel & Restaurant.
Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing the company's strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control in the hotel and restaurant.
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance the hotel and restaurant's reputation.
