Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in fields like Chartered Accountancy, People Management, Banking, Financial Monetary Economics, Commerce, Science, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration or Law from a recognized educational institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial institutions in a managerial role or having passed graduation level in Bank.
- Applicants with experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DECO) in a microfinance financial institution will be given special preference.
- Applicant's age must be at least 40 years but not more than 60 years old by the last date of application submission.

- A recent passport-sized photograph, copy of Nepali citizenship, CV, and copies of educational and experience certificates are to be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
