1. Branch In-charge (Officer Level)
- Minimum Bachelors degree in the relevant subject, master degree preferred,
- Experience in BF's is mandatory,
- Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Ability to lead and motivate a team,
- Have a confident and assertive manner,
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
- Ability to develop and meet targets
2. Credit Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant subjects,
- Experience in arts is preferred,
- Ability to check credit analysis & histones, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
3. Operation Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant subjects,
- Proficiency in computer operation required,
- Experience in BF's is preferred,
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
4. IT Department (Supervisor to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in It
- Experience with MS SQL databases,
- Experience in BF's is preferred,
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
5. Legal Department (Officer to Assistant Level)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law,
- Experience in BF's is preferred,
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
Candidates am expected to be proficient in both mitten and spoken English/ Nepali with excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills and be computer literate with working knowledge.
