CBIL Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd., is an established and leading Investment/Merchant Bank of Nepal, located at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The company has currently been working in the field of Investment Banking & Merchant Banking sectors that includes Investment Management (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management), RTA/RTS services, Issue Management, Underwriting, etc. The company aims to build up a professional team by inviting applications from young, dynamic, competent and result oriented Nepalese citizens in the following positions:
1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer -1
Position: Executive Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate requires a thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures, and financial statement analysis.
The candidate should possess at least 5 Years Managerial Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance's sector with excellent Interpersonal skills, Leadership skills & Managerial skills. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market-related information, monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity& Venture Capital.
Age should not exceed 45 years.
2. Chief Operating Officer -1
Position: Manager Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university at least in First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification like CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate requires a thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures, and financial statement analysis. The candidate should possess at least 4 Years of Officer Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance's sector. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market-related information, monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity& Venture Capital.
Age should not exceed 45 years.
3. Finance & Compliance -1
Position: Officer Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 having minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Merchant/Investment Banking sector or possess professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of capital markets, taxations and relevant laws/regulations of Nepal.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
4. Investment Banking -1
Position: Officer Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 having a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the capital market of Nepal or possess professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate should have an understanding of Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis of the Share market.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
5. Merchant Banking -1
Positions: Officer Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Merchant Banking in Nepal and also requires thorough knowledge of the overall merchant banking business of Nepal with hands-on experience of managing DMAT, RTS/RTA, Issue Management and underwriting, should have good knowledge of Securities Laws of Nepal along with ability to maintain good relationship with regulators.

6. Research Analyst - 1
Positions: Officer Level
Minimum Requirements:
Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.The candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the capital market in Nepal and also requires a thorough understanding of Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis of Share market.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
7. Investment/Merchant Banking - Fews
Positions: Management Trainee
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Finance from a recognized university with at least first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Age should not exceed 30 years.
8. Investment/ Merchant Banking - Few
Position: Assitant Level
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with at least first division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Age should not exceed 30 years.
