Kathmandu working in the field of Investment Banking (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management) & Merchant Banking (RTAIRTS sen ices. UP. Job Vacancy Details:
1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer / Manager Level Staff -1
Required Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Masters' degree in Finance / Economics / Management or equivalent from a recognized university with First division CGPA 100 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification similar as CA/ACCA/CFA.
- The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market, securities acts, and regulations. The candidate should have at least 4 Years in Managerial Level working experience in Merchant Banking/ Banking/ FI's sectors with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills & managerial skills.
- The candidate should be capable of formulating & executing strategies to promote the business & explore new opportunities under corporate advisory services including private equity & equity & capital.
Age: Should not exceed 45
2. Department Head (Officer level staff) - (Required - Few)
Required Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Masters' degree in Finance tconomicsiManagement or equivalent from a recognized university, ith First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4,
- having a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the capital market of Nepal or possesses professional qualifications similar to CA/ACCA/CFA (preference shall be given to candidates having working experience in the capital market).
- The candidate should have an understanding of the securities market, including a good understanding of governing acts & regulations for the capital market as well as a thorough understanding of technical anal) sis and fundamental analysis of the share market.
- The candidate also requires thorough knowledge of the merchant banking business of Nepal with hands-on experience in managing DMAT, RTS / RTA issue, and underwriting.
Age: should not exceed 35 years.
3. Marketing Staff (Officer / Supervisor Level) - (Required - Few)
Required Eligibility Criteria for Officer:
MBA or Masters' degree specialized in marketing or equivalent from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of4, having minimum 3 yew's experience in marketing of financial product and/or capital market products. Experience in BFI's or capital institution is preferable. Age should not exceed 35 ) ears,
Required Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor:
Bachelor's Degree specialized in marketing or equivalent from a recognized university vs ith at least second division or GEPA 2.50 out of 4. having minimum 2 years experience in marketing of financial product and/or capital market products. Experience in BFI's or capital institution is preferable.
Age: Should not exceed 30 years.
4. supporting Staffs (Supervisor/Assistant level) - (Required - Few)
Required Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor:
Bachelor's Degas x in Finance /Economics/Management from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.50 out of 4 having a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the capital market of Nepal. Age should not exceed 30 years.
Required Eligibility Criteria for Assistant:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with at least second division or CGPA 2.50 out of 4. Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in the capital market. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, Age should not exceed 30 years.
