About Organization: The BlinkNow Foundation is an International NGO based in New Jersey which, through its country office in Nepal, oversees programs in rural Nepal including a school, a children's home, and a women's training center. We are hiring a Strategic Director to focus on fundraising for BlinkNow and its implementing partners.

Position: Strategic is Director

About the Role:

The Strategic Director leads the organization's Strategy, builds partnerships, and attains growth of the organization. This role requires building and maintaining relationships with international donors and partners and ensures smooth internal operation and required external support available. The role may need to connect with the people and/or organizations in-person or online including required in-country and international fund-raising visits.

Must Have:

The person must have experience of raising over $20M in financial support, have international experience and recognition; have global connections for fundraising and must have 10+ years of experience in education, women's empowerment, emergency response, and community support to underserved communities.
