Biratnagar Metropolitan City Vacancy for Case Manager, CPC and CPW: Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Municipal Executive Office Notice of staff requirements
With the financial and technical assistance of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and in partnership with IPAS Nepal and the Center for Neurological Health and Counseling (CMC Nepal), the posts are to be filled by the Manpower Service Agreement as specified in the "Detailed Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Program". ; Interested Nepali citizens who are eligible to apply for the post are invited to apply.
1) Post: Case Manager: 2 (Women)
Minimum qualifications and experiences:
- Must have passed at least bachelor level and have taken at least 6 months of psycho-counseling training from institutions in the field of psycho-counseling and psycho-social.
- Age: Completed 20 years and not exceeding 45 years.
- Preference will be given to those who have a GPD in psychotherapy or a bachelor's degree in psychology / psychotherapy. Must have worked in the community in the field of psychosocial support for at least 2 years.
- Preference will be given to those who have been psychologically assisted in providing psychosocial support to women affected by gender and domestic violence (experience in case management).
- Necessary skills of report writing, data / information gathering, communication, coordination. He has the skill to collect all the information including case file, session note and other information of the service recipients who have provided psycho-counseling services and keep those details confidential.
- Ability to train and supervise
- Must be able to have working relationship with local government, one-stop crisis management center, security organizations and other supporting organizations. Knowledgeable and proficient in Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
2) Post: Community Psychological Coordinator: 1 (Female)
Minimum qualifications and experiences:
- Passed 10+2 and had at least 2 years of experience in psychotherapy training.
- Age: Completed 20 years and not exceeding 40 years.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating community psychosocial workers.
- Experience working in the field of gender based violence and response.
- Preference will be given to those who have passed the bachelor level.
- Special consideration will be given to those affected who have experience working in psychotherapy services.
- Experience in writing report of psychosocial activities and incident records.
- Experience in sending and monitoring hair with psychosocial problems.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Special consideration will be given to Dalits, Janajatis, Madhesis, minorities and marginalized locals.
3) Position: Community Psychological Worker: 5 (Women)
Minimum qualifications and experiences:
- Passed SEE or similar.
- Age: Completed 20 years and not exceeding 40 years.
- As the program will be conducted in wards 1, 6, 12, 14 and 15 of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, the candidates will have to be locals of the ward concerned.
- Preference will be given to those who have gained experience and training by working as psychosocial workers or social workers in the community.
- Interested in working for the reduction and prevention of inherent gender based violence in the community.
- Experience in reporting on the work you have done.
- Special consideration will be given to candidates from Dalit, Janajati, Minority and Marginalized communities.
4) Certificates and documents required to be submitted:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copies of Certificate of Educational Qualification.
- Copies of other qualifications, training and experience certificates.
5) Application Period:
Eligible candidates who have reached the qualification should submit this information to the Women and Children Branch of Biratnagar Metropolitan City within 2075-07-15 to 30th (last day for any reason, leave on the first day after office opening). Has been issued
6) Selection Process:
A) Short list preparation will have a maximum of 80 marks (maximum 3 times of the required number) with a maximum of 30 marks in educational qualification, 20 marks in work experience, 15 marks in trainings and 15 marks in inclusion.
B) Only shortlisted candidates will be included in the interview and its mark weight will be 20 marks.
