Bindhavasini Saving and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (BISCOL), which has been awarded the ACCESS Brand SILVER and the ACCESS Brand SILVER at the national level and CUMI Award at the international level; As the qualified employees as per the details have to be appointed through open competition in the contract service, applications are invited from those who are willing to work independently within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
1. Post: Office Manager

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Economics completed and Banks and Financial Institutions / Cooperatives / Government; At least 2 years of working experience in managerial level in NGO or completed Master's degree in Commerce / Economics
- To be able to operate Accounting Software by getting advanced training related to computer.
- Able to drive with at least two-wheeler driver's license.
Special Preference: Having gained work experience related to office management, staff mobilization/account management/debt analysis and management, and having worked at the manager/manager / authorized level of cooperatives/banks and financial, government, and non-government organizations for at least 2 years.
Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years, but not applicable to working and retired veterans.
Service facility: Salary scale and allowance, festival expenses, dress allowance, and bonus facility will be as per the rules of the organization.

Educational Qualification:
- Achieved 10 + 2 level or equivalent in Commerce and trained in Computer Advance; At least 2 years experience in related work or graduation in a related subject.
Special Preference: Experience of working in accounting management, office operation in cooperatives, living in the local area to drive at least 2 wheeler.
Age: Under 15 years of age and under 35 years of age.
Service facility: Monthly salary scale and allowance, festival expenses, dress allowance, and bonus facility will be as per the rules of the organization.

Selection Process:
- Written examination, experimental examination, oral interview but in the case of retiree, only any of the mentioned selection process can be followed.
- A shortlisting will be prepared from the applicants who apply within the stipulated date and they will be involved in the selection process.
