Bhimdatta Municipality, Municipal Executive Office, Kanchanpur, Sudurpashchim Invites job Vacancy for the following positions on contract services.
Bhimdatta Municipality, since the staff position has to be filled in the contract service as per the schedule for the office of the municipal executive; This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit the application form to this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
1) Minimum educational qualification and experience required:
A) Minimum qualification and experience for the post of Employment Assistant: Criteria for filling the posts of Technical Assistant and Employment Assistant at local level 2078)
- Passed at least Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
- At least 3 months of training in basic computer skills.
- 18 years of age on the last date of application and not exceeding 45 years.
- Application fee: Rs 500 (in five hundred).
B) Minimum qualification and experience for the post of Technical Assistant: Criteria for filling the post of Technical Assistant and Employment Assistant at Local Level 2078)
- Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or Overseer or Diploma Level in Civil Engineering.
- Having at least 3 months of training and having basic computer skills.
- 18 years of age on the last date of application and not exceeding 45 years.
- Application fee: Rs 500 (Five hundred only).
- Those who can prepare and analyze project cost estimation, supervision, and final cost statement for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, have at least 6 months of experience in working in a team to achieve project goals and scope, and have excellent interpersonal skills will be considered.
C) Minimum qualification and experience for the post of Surveyor:
- Having passed SLC or its equivalent in mathematics from a recognized educational institution, having passed a three-year proficiency certificate in Survey or Geomatics, or having passed a certificate level in Science (Physical Group) or Geography, having passed at least one year of junior surveyor training.
- 18 years of age on the last date of application and not exceeding 35 years. In the case of female and Apanga candidates, not exceeding 40 years.
- Application fee: Rs 400 (Five hundred only).
D) Minimum qualification and experience for the post of Amin:
- At least 1 (one) year of training in Survey or Geomatics from a recognized educational institution and passed with SLC.
- 18 years of age on the last date of application and not exceeding 35 years. In case of female and Apanga candidates, not exceeding 40 years.
- Application fee: Rs 500 (Five hundred only).
2) Application Place: Bhimdatta Municipality, City Executive Office, Kanchanpur.
3) Last date for submission of application: 2079-04-15 (if the last day falls on a public holiday, then the first day of office opening).
4) Place of submission of application fee: Bhimdatta Municipality, Revenue Branch of Municipal Executive Office
5) Mode of Selection: Publication of preliminary merit list, written test, practical test and interview.
6) Date of Written Exam: Will be published later.
7) Documents to be attached with the application: Copies of the following documents attested by the applicant himself:
- Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
- Certificate of attainment of minimum educational qualification as required, copy of character certificate
- Basic computer skills training
- A copy of the certificate of experience and training related to work.
- Copy of the certificate in case of higher educational qualification than the minimum educational qualification
