Additional Informaiton:
1) Place of application: Belbari Municipal Executive Office, Belbari, Morang.
2) Date of submission of application: The application form should be submitted within 2077-07-19 to 2077-08-03 within office hours.
3) Required Minimum Qualifications: The required minimum qualifications for the specified posts can be seen in detail on the website of Belbari Municipality www.belbarimun.gov.np or in the notice board of this office.
4) Documents to be included along with the application form along with the required minimum qualifications prescribed by the applicant:
(A) Copy of Nepali citizenship.
(B) 3 (three) recent passport size photos taken with both ears.
(C) Copy of prescribed educational qualification certificate, copy of character certificate, copy of the same certificate in case of experience or training, copy of the equivalent certificate from the concerned body if studied abroad, certificate of passing medical board examination, and council registration certificate (Ad No. 03 / 2077/078), in the case of the driver Copy of driving license.
(D) Permanent residency documents within Belbari Municipal Area.
(E) Receipt of payment of examination fee.
5) Type of examination:
(A) Written and Interview: In the case of Ad Nos. 03, 04, 05, and 06/2077/078. The written examination for the post of Ad No. 03 and 06 is as per the syllabus prescribed by the Public Service Commission. The written examination for the posts of 04 and 05 will be an objective multiple answer system based on general knowledge.
(B) Experimental and Interview: In the case of Ad No. 07 and 08/2077/078, only the successful candidates in the experimental examination will be allowed to participate in the interview.
(C) Physical Fitness Test and Interview: In the case of Ad No. 09 and 10/2077/078, only the successful candidates in the physical fitness test will be allowed to participate in the interview.
(D) Interview: In the case of Ad No. 11/2077/078.
6) Contact Date: The day after the last day to submit the application to the Belbari Municipal Executive Office. The examination schedule will be published on the date of contact.
7) Salary scale and facilities and contract period: As per the rules of the municipality, the contract will be as specified in the agreement.

9) Other additional conditions:
(A) Candidates for physical fitness test must have their hair cut short so that both ears are visible (for men only).
(B) In case of any kind of accident during the experimental and physical fitness examination period, the candidate shall be responsible for it himself.
(C) While appearing at the time of the interview, educational qualification, citizenship, and necessary documents must be present in full.
(D) Special consideration will be given to those residing in the Belbari municipality.
(D) Other matters related to the examination shall be as determined by the vacancy committee.
