Due to the required for health workers to work in Bandipur Hospital and Dharmapani Health Post under the office of Bandipur Gaupalika, Rural Municipal Executive; As the following posts and numbers have to be filled in the contract service, the eligible Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification, as specified within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice; It is requested to submit the application form along with the certificate of Nepali citizenship and certified copy of educational qualification and the original bank voucher of the revenue filed.

1. Health Assistant (HA)
- Required No.: 4 (Four)
- Required Academic Qualifications: Must have completed the Health Assistant course from a recognized academic institution.
2. Staff Nurse
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Required Academic Qualifications: Must have completed the PCL Nursing course from a recognized academic institution.
3. Auxilary Health Work (AHW)
- Required No.: 1 (One)
- Required Academic Qualifications: Must have completed the CMA course from a recognized academic institution.
Application Form and Procedures and Procedures for Examination and Selection:
- Must be a Nepali citizen.
- A certified copy of the completion of minimum educational qualification as prescribed should be attached.
- Submit work experience documents.
- Not disqualified by other prevailing laws.
- Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years.
Application Form Fee: Deposit Rs.400 (only four hundred) in the account No. 14620500269120011 of the local level reserve fund Bandipur Gaupalika at NIC Asia Bank Limited, Dumre branch and attach the original voucher.
Last date to apply: 2077-05-16 within office hours. (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) If there is a public holiday on the last day, within office hours on the first day of the office opening.
Service Facilities and Remuneration: The starting salary scale will be as specified by the Government of Nepal for the concerned post/level.
Arrangements Related to Selection: The procedure as mentioned in the Manpower Management Procedure in the agreement published in the Bandipur Gazette by the Bandipur Village Municipality will be followed. Subject to the prevailing law, in the interest of the Gaupalika office, the final authority shall be vested in Bandipur Gaupalika to further reduce and amend the details mentioned in the vacancy / advertisement as required and the selection process.
Candidate should submit a certified copy of Nepali citizenship and a certified copy of educational qualification, certified copy registered with the concerned council, and passport size photo-3 copy. In addition, all the copies submitted with the application should be signed and certified by the candidate himself.
Type of Examination: Candidates will be selected by conducting preliminary qualification listing process, interview and experimental examination as mentioned in the agreement passed by Bandipur village municipality on manpower management procedures.
In order to submit the application form, the candidate himself/herself must be present in the office and submit the form with his / her signature.
