As per the letter from the Ministry of Health, Bagmati Provincial Government, doctors and health workers are needed to fill positions on a contract basis at Bakulahar Ratnanagar Hospital, Chitwan. If the positions are filled by permanent employees recommended by the Public Service Commission, if they are transferred and report for duty, or if they are filled by any other process, the contract agreement will automatically terminate. As there is a need to fill the vacant permanent positions listed below at this hospital through the contract service management procedure 2078, qualified interested Nepali citizens are hereby informed to submit applications in due form within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Additional Information:

Selection Process:

(a) For the 9th level specialist doctors: Based on interviews, academic qualifications, training, and work experience evaluation.

(b) For the 5th level assistant, 7th level officer, and 8th level officer: Based on written tests and interview evaluations.

Age of Candidates:

• As specified in the Nepal Health Service Regulations 2055.

Documents to be Submitted with Application:

(a) Personal details (Bio Data)

(b) Copy of minimum educational qualification certificate

(c) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

(d) Copy of registration certificate with the relevant council

(e) Copy of character certificate

(f) Copies of certificates of work experience and training in the health sector. For foreign educational qualifications, equivalence determination is required.

• Deposit the specified application fee for the relevant position into the account number 04800101013342000001 of Bakulahar Ratnanagar Hospital Operations and Management Committee at Nepal Bank Limited, Ratnanagar Branch, and submit the original bank voucher.

Educational Qualification:

• As per the Nepal Health Service Regulations 2055.

• By office hours on 2081/04/20 (If the day is a public holiday, the next working day).

Contract Service Duration and Automatic Termination:

• Until the end of Poush 2081. If the position is filled by permanent employees recommended or transferred, or by any other process, the contract will automatically terminate (based on the merit order, the contract will terminate sequentially from the lower merit order).

Salary Scale:

• As per the prevailing starting salary scale of the relevant position in the Nepal Government.
• Must be a person not disqualified under prevailing laws.

• Bakulahar Ratnanagar Hospital, Chitwan.
