1) Type of examination: Interview
2) Examination fee: As per the fee prescribed by the Provincial Public Service Commission, Hetauda for the concerned level.

4) Place of submission of application: Vanchwarahi Chapagaon Hospital, Bajrabarahi, Lalitpur or the email address of this hospital [email protected] can be submitted by scanning the application, certificate, and bank voucher.
5) Documents to be attached: along with a copy of Nepali citizenship, educational qualification, experience, and certificate of training. A copy of the certificate is registered with the concerned council.

7) Age limit of the candidate: 18 years for 4th, 5th level and 21 years for official level.
