1) Type of Examination: Publication of ShortList, Skill test (in case of Data Entrant), and Interview.
2) Age: Nepali citizen under 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years, in case of women not exceeding 40 years.

8) Minimum educational qualification required:
A) Surveyor, Assistant Fifth: Passed SLC / SEE or equivalent in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and passed in Diploma like Survey, or three years proficiency certificate in Geometry, or Certificate in Science (Physical Group), or Geography. Passed the level and received at least one year of Junior Survey Training
B) AMIN, Assistant-Fourth: Passed SLC / SEE in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution, or similar, or Survey, or (Amin) course in Geometry.
C) Data Compiler, Assistant-Fourth: Proficiency Certificate level in Mathematics, or Statistics subject from a recognized educational institution, or (10 + 2) Management Faculty, or similar.
D) Data Entrant, Assistant Fifth: Passed 3 years course as Diploma in Computer subject from a recognized educational institution, or SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution or at least 6 months of computer training from a registered institution, or from a recognized educational institution. Passed SLC / SEE or similar and received 6 months of computer training for Semi Skilled Man Power from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
E) Social Mobilizer, Assistant Fourth: Passed proficiency certificate level, or (10 + 2) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and gained at least 1-year experience in the related field.
9) Application Fee: Rs.700 for Assistant Fifth, and only Rs.400 for Assistant Fourth.
Note: Candidates selected by participating in the examination will not be appointed until notice is issued by the Landless Dalits, Landless Squatters, and Unmanaged Settlement Problem Resolution Commission.
