Bagnaskali Rural Municipality (Gaupalika), Chirtungwadhara, Palpa, Lumbini Province, Nepal, Notice regarding recruitment of Assistant Sub-Engineer and Office Assistant posts under a service contract
Since the following number of technical/non-technical posts for the office of Bagnaskali Rural Municipal Executive has to be kept under contract; This notification has been published for all concerned to submit the application along with the receipt of payment of duty within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notification.
1) Details of Demand Position:
Assistant Sub Engineer (4th) (Civil Engineering) - 3 (three)
Office Helper (Administration) - 1 (One)
2) Required Minimum Educational Qualification:
a) For the post of Assistant Sub-Engineer (4th Level) Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and trained in a related subject or passed TSLC in a related subject from the technical educational institution.
b) Must have passed class 8 for office assistant post.
3) Type of Examination: In case of Assistant Sub Engineer, it will be both written and oral. Shortlisting and Interview for Office Assistant Posts
4) Salary facility: The scale of the Nepal government for the technical post and other service facilities as specified by the rural municipality for the post of Office Helper will be as specified by the village executive committee.
5) Service period: Up to 2080 years Ashad end, the term can be extended based on performance evaluation as per requirement.
6) Preference will be given to those with experience working in government and union organizations.
7) Work conditions: The works related to water supply, road, irrigation scheme survey, design, estimation and evaluation should be done in the area/location assigned by the office.
8) Application Fee: Assistant Sub Engineer post Rs. 500. (Five Hundred Rupees) and office assistant Rs. 300.-(Three hundred rupees) The receipt of the application fee should be attached to this office.
9) The action related to the filling of contractual positions will be done by the staff selection and recommendation committee formed by the Bagnasakapli village executive committee. All related rights will be vested in the committee.
