Application Fee: The Application Fee for Assistant Level 5th Level Advertising is Rs. 400.- (only four hundred rupees) will have to be paid.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Health, General Nursing, Staff Nurse, Assistant Fifth: Passed the certificate level in nursing subject from a recognized educational institution.
Health, Health Inspection, Health Assistant, Assistant Fifth: Passed Certificate level in general medicine from a recognized educational institution.
