According to the notification of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Prime Minister's Employment Program, Sinha Darbar, Kathmandu, the positions of Employment Assistant 1 (one) and Technical Assistant 1 (one) in the employment service center of Baglung municipality are to be filled through open competition in the contract service. This notification has been published so that interested Nepali citizens can submit their applications in the prescribed format of this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
1. Employment Assistant (Local Service Assistant Level 5)
2. Technical Assistant (Local Service Assistant Level 5)
1) Minimum Qualification Required:-
Employment Assistant:
a) Passed at least Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
b) On the last date of application:- 18 years and not exceeding 45 years.
c) At least 3 months of training in basic computer skills.
(b) (in case of a technical assistant)
a) Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
b) Not exceeding 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years in case of women and not exceeding 35 years of age in case of men on the last date of application.
c) At least 3 months of training in basic computer skills.
2) Application Place:- Baglung Municipal Office, Baglung
3) Last date for submission of application: - within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice during office hours and if there is a public holiday on that day, then on the next day when the office opens.
4) Application Fee:- Rs.500/- (Five hundred only)
Type of selection:- Publication of preliminary merit list and written test and practical test Documents attached with the application:- Copies of the following documents attested by the applicant himself
a) Copy of Certificate of Citizenship
b) Copy of minimum educational qualification mark sheet
c) Copy of character certificate
d) Copies of work-related experience documents
e) Copy of training certificate
f) 2 per passport photograph
7) Service facilities and others:- Technical assistants and employment assistants at the local level will be as per sections 13 and 14 of 2078.
8) The application format and other information related to job filling including the job assistant/technical assistant post syllabus can be obtained from Prime Minister Employment Program www.pmep.gov.np and Baglung Municipality www.baglungmun.gov.np website.
9) Method of selection:- It will be done according to the criteria related to filling the posts of technical assistant and employment assistant at the local level.
