2. Salary and Other Benefits: After being recommended from the merit list and appointed to the school, the salary and other benefits will be as per the related position, level, quota, and category determined by the Government of Nepal and for teaching-learning grants, as determined by the municipality.
3. Examination Syllabus and Examination Procedure: For Child Development Facilitators and School Assistant Staff, the examination will be conducted based on the syllabus specified in the "Integrated Examination System Procedure for Preparing Teacher and Employee Bank for the Vacant Positions in Municipal Schools, 2081." For other teaching positions, the examination will be conducted based on the syllabus determined by the Teacher Service Commission. The procedure is available on the office's website: https://lto.babaimun.gov.np.
4. Examination Procedure: The date, time, and location for the examination will be published by the office after the advertisement period ends.
5. Application Fee: The application fee for the respective positions and levels is to be deposited in cash at the revenue section of the office, and the receipt must be attached to the application form.
(a) For Child Development Facilitator: NPR 500.
(b) For School Assistant Staff: NPR 800.
(c) For Primary Level Teacher: NPR 1,000.
(d) For Lower Secondary Level Teacher: NPR 1,500.
(e) For Secondary Level Teacher: NPR 2,000.
(f) For Senior Trainer (Technical Stream): NPR 2,500.
(g) For Assistant Trainer (Technical Stream): NPR 1,500.
(h) For Trainer (Technical Stream): NPR 2,000.
6. Last Date for Submission of Application: 2081/05/13
7. Minimum Qualifications Required for Candidates:
(a) Nepali Citizen.
(b) Must be at least 18 years old and not older than 40 years.
(c) For Child Development Facilitator: Minimum Class 12 or equivalent passed in Education Faculty from a recognized educational institution, with preference given to female candidates.
(d) For School Assistant Staff: Minimum Class 12 or equivalent passed in Management Faculty from a recognized educational institution.
(e) For Primary, Lower Secondary, and Secondary Levels: Must meet the educational qualifications as per the latest advertisement by the Teacher Service Commission for the respective levels, and must have obtained a permanent teaching license for the respective level.
(f) Master’s Degree (MSC) in Chemistry.
(g) Master’s Degree in Botany or Zoology.
(h) Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Science.
Note: For Advertisement No. 6 (a) and 6 (b), a teaching license is mandatory.
8. Required Documents to be Submitted by the Candidate:
(a) A copy of the Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
(b) Original copy of the voucher for the application fee deposit.
(c) Certified copies of the mark sheets/grade sheets and character certificates for the required educational qualifications for the respective levels, and higher qualifications if available. If the educational qualification is from a foreign institution, an equivalency determination must be obtained.
(d) Documents as per the application form attached.
