Since it is necessary to recruit doctors and health workers in the following positions in contract service until the positions in the approved permanent posts of the Ministry of Health are filled through recommendation from the Public Service Commission or by permanent staff assigned/transferred or through other arrangements, qualified Nepali citizens are requested to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice with the revenue receipt by filling out the application form as per Schedule - 2 (related to Clause 7, Sub-clause (1)) of the Procedures for the Management of Doctors and Health Workers in Contract Service, 2078. This notice is published for all concerned.

Qualifications and Experience:
a) Nepali citizen,
b) For the fifth level, completed 18 years of age, and for the ninth level, completed 21 years of age and not exceeded 45 years,
c) Certificate of registration with the relevant council,
d) Certificate of experience in the health sector, if any,
e) Not disqualified by other prevailing laws.
Necessary Documents to be Attached:
- Copies of Nepali citizenship, educational qualification certificates, registration and renewal certificate from the council, work experience and training certificates, revenue voucher. (All copies of documents must be self-certified by the candidate.)
Educational Qualification:
- For Consultant Ayurveda Specialist, must have passed at least a postgraduate examination in Ayurveda from a recognized educational institution and be registered with the relevant council.
- For Pharmacy Assistant, must have passed at least the certificate level examination in Pharmacy or Ayurveda Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution and be registered with the relevant council.
- For Acupuncture Assistant, must have passed at least the certificate level examination in Acupuncture Assistant from a recognized educational institution and be registered with the relevant council.
Selection Process:
- Interview (according to Procedures for the Management of Doctors and Health Workers in Contract Service, 2078).
Examination Center:
- Ayurveda and Alternative Hospital, Lalitpur.
Application Fee:
- Rs. 1500/- for the ninth level and Rs. 700/- for the fifth level, to be deposited in the revenue title no. 14224 (examination fee) at Nepal Bank with office code no. 3700134153 and the original voucher must be submitted.
Service Period:
- For the fiscal year 2081/82 (Note: The contract agreement will automatically terminate if permanent staff is recommended by the Provincial Public Service Commission or transferred and reports for duty).
Application Deadline:
- 20th of Shrawan, 2081, Sunday. If that day falls on a public holiday, then the next office day within office hours.

Matters not mentioned in the notice will be determined by the selection and recommendation committee headed by the head of the Ayurveda and Alternative Medicine Hospital office. Additionally, no action will be taken on applications that are overdue or incomplete.
